We are a specialized team with extensive product and technical knowledge that delivers solutions and products quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.

Our Culture
We are truly a woman owned and operated organization. From senior management throughout operations, sales, finance, office/ showroom, administrative, installation and logistics departments, our staff is comprised of flooring experts with backgrounds that are wide ranging. Our diversity contributes to our culture and enriches the collective capacity of all our collaborators. These amazing individuals are also hard working and team orientated and with all of the individual departments overlapping and interacting with one another regularly, there is a palpable sense of closeness that just does not exist in every workplace.

Our model is different. Yes, we are flooring contractors and a significant focus of our time and energy is spent on managing the procurement and installation of flooring materials for clients locally and throughout the United States. What differentiates Architectural Flooring Resource, Inc. from other flooring contractors is that we bring value to our clients by providing them with the resources to select the right material for the target application. We are specifiers, working with architects and designers to provide end users with performance-based products that fit their needs. We are brand representatives, with extensive relationships and access to every different type of flooring material available. We are also material procurement specialists, managing the acquisition of materials and providing logistical support based upon the need of the client and in a fashion that assures the completion of a successful project.
